Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of September 19, 1972, on defining offenses for which officers of certain bodies subordinate to the Minister of Agriculture are authorized to impose fines by way of a penalty order, and on the principles and method of issuing them authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa z dnia 19 września 1972 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze niektórych organów podlegających nadzorowi Ministra Rolnictwa upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania im upoważnień.
