Regulation of the Minister of Shipping of January 20, 1972, on defining offenses for which maritime administration officers are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and on the principles and method of issuing authorizations to them.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Żeglugi z dnia 20 stycznia 1972 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze administracji morskiej upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania im upoważnień.
