Regulation of the Minister of Justice of January 30, 1974, on determining the right to pension benefits for prison service officers and their families and on the payment of monetary benefits from this entitlement.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 30 stycznia 1974 r. w sprawie ustalania prawa do zaopatrzenia emerytalnego funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej oraz ich rodzin i w sprawie wypłaty świadczeń pieniężnych z tytułu tego zaopatrzenia.
