Regulation of the Council of Ministers of December 4, 1980 on the competent authorities for granting permits for the acceptance of donations, legacies or inheritances by a non-state organizational unit and for the acquisition of real estate by such a unit based on a life annuity agreement.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 4 grudnia 1980 r. w sprawie organów właściwych do udzielania zezwoleń na przyjęcie darowizny, zapisu lub spadku przez jednostkę organizacyjną niepaństwową oraz na nabycie przez taką jednostkę nieruchomości na podstawie umowy o dożywocie.
