Regulation of the Council of Ministers of November 8, 1982 on the detailed principles of awarding the honorary badge "Meritorious State Employee", the procedure for submitting applications for the award of the badge, the determination of the badge's design, and the procedure for its presentation and manner of wearing.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 8 listopada 1982 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad nadawania odznaki honorowej "Zasłużony Pracownik Państwowy", trybu przedstawiania wniosków o nadanie odznaki, ustalenia wzoru odznaki oraz trybu jej wręczania i sposobu noszenia.
