Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 16 May 1983 on compensation for irreparable damage to agricultural and forest land, for crops and cultivation damaged as a result of mining operations, and on the method of paying monetary compensation for mining damages.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 maja 1983 r. w sprawie odszkodowań za nie dające się usunąć uszkodzenia gruntów rolnych i leśnych, za uszkodzone wskutek robót górniczych zasiewy i uprawy oraz w sprawie sposobu wypłaty odszkodowań pieniężnych za szkody górnicze.
