Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 grudnia 1983 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wynagradzania pracowników instytutów naukowo-badawczych i placówek naukowych Polskiej Akademii Nauk oraz pracowników naukowo-badawczych zatrudnionych w innych jednostkach organizacyjnych.
