Rozporządzenie Ministra Handlu Wewnętrznego i Usług z dnia 23 kwietnia 1983 r. w sprawie oznaczania rodzajów rzemiosł, określenia uprawnień i kwalifikacji zawodowych wymaganych do ich wykonywania oraz pierwszeństwa kombatantów w uzyskiwaniu zezwoleń na wykonywanie rzemiosła.
