Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Spatial Economy of January 20, 1984, on the determination of offenses for which employees of certain organizational units subordinate or under the supervision of territorial state administration bodies are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Administracji i Gospodarki Przestrzennej z dnia 20 stycznia 1984 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, na które pracownicy niektórych jednostek organizacyjnych podległych lub podporządkowanych terenowym organom administracji państwowej są upoważnieni do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego.
