Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 13 kwietnia 1984 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie warunków, trybu i organów właściwych do wydawania zagranicznym osobom prawnym i fizycznym uprawnień do tworzenia przedstawicielstw na terytorium Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej dla wykonywania działalności gospodarczej.
