Rozporządzenie Ministrów Obrony Narodowej i Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 24 lipca 1984 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wojskowego obowiązku meldunkowego oraz zezwoleń na pobyt czasowy za granicą i zezwoleń na zmianę miejsca pobytu przez osoby podlegające obowiązkowi służby wojskowej.
