Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 22 stycznia 1986 r. w sprawie utworzenia sądów pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych (wydziałów pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych) w sądach wojewódzkich i sądów pracy (wydziałów pracy) w sądach rejonowych oraz ustalenia ich siedzib i obszarów właściwości.
