Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 7, 1986 on the principles and procedure for the transfer of state agricultural and forest real estate and certain other real estate located in areas designated in spatial development plans for agricultural and forestry purposes between socially-owned economic units, as well as the competence of these bodies in these matters.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 7 kwietnia 1986 r. w sprawie zasad i trybu przekazywania między jednostkami gospodarki uspołecznionej państwowych nieruchomości rolnych i leśnych oraz niektórych innych nieruchomości położonych na obszarach przeznaczonych w planach zagospodarowania przestrzennego na cele gospodarki rolniczej i leśnej, a także właściwości tych organów w tych sprawach.
