Regulation of the Minister of Internal Trade and Services of August 28, 1987 on the determination of offenses for which officials of the State Trade Inspection are authorized to impose fines by means of penalty tickets, and the principles and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Handlu Wewnętrznego i Usług z dnia 28 sierpnia 1987 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze organów Państwowej Inspekcji Handlowej upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
