Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 30 sierpnia 1988 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie zwolnienia od podatku od spadków i darowizn niektórych darowizn oraz podwyższenia kwot wartości rzeczy i praw majątkowych nie podlegających opodatkowaniu oraz wyłączonych z podstawy opodatkowania tym podatkiem.
