Council of Ministers Regulation of 14 March 1989 on the exchange of foreign currencies by foreign individuals who are not Polish citizens and on the payment by foreign individuals of receivables in Polish currency of documented origin.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 14 marca 1989 r. w sprawie wymiany walut obcych przez osoby zagraniczne fizyczne nie będące obywatelami polskimi oraz zapłaty przez osoby zagraniczne należności walutą polską udokumentowanego pochodzenia.
