Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 13 lipca 1990 r. w sprawie ustalenia zakresów właściwości miejscowej istniejących kolegiów do spraw wykroczeń oraz powołania kolegiów do spraw wykroczeń przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Muszynie i przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Ostrzeszowie.
