Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 14 grudnia 1990 r. w sprawie określenia środków zaliczanych do środków własnych, sposobu wyliczenia i wysokości marginesu wypłacalności oraz minimalnej wysokości kapitału gwarancyjnego dla każdego rodzaju ubezpieczeń oraz dla działalności reasekuracyjnej.
