Rozporządzenie Ministrów Obrony Narodowej i Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 12 lutego 1990 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wojskowego obowiązku meldunkowego oraz zezwoleń na pobyt czasowy za granicą i zezwoleń na zmianę miejsca pobytu przez osoby podlegające obowiązkowi służby wojskowej.
