Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 kwietnia 1991 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie powołania i zakresu działania Generalnej Dyrekcji Dróg Publicznych, organizacji i zakresu działania dyrekcji okręgowych dróg publicznych i jednostek im podległych, drogowej służby liniowej oraz służb drogowych podległych naczelnikowi gminy.
