Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 24 czerwca 1991 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie kar pieniężnych za zwłokę w uiszczaniu opłat za używanie odbiorników radiofonicznych i telewizyjnych oraz za używanie nie zarejestrowanych odbiorników radiofonicznych i telewizyjnych.
