Rozporządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 1 lipca 1992 r. w sprawie trybu uzyskiwania przez żołnierzy zezwolenia na rozpowszechnianie rezultatów swojej działalności naukowej, literackiej, artystycznej lub publicystycznej, zawierających wiadomości stanowiące tajemnicę państwową lub służbową.
