Resolution of the Constitutional Tribunal of July 14, 1993, concerning the determination of the universally binding interpretation of the provisions of Article 124(1) of the Act of May 28, 1993 – Electoral Code for the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and Article 81(5) point 4 of the said Act in conjunction with Article 189 of the Penal Code.
