Regulation of the Minister of Interior of September 1, 1993, on the type of pharmacies in healthcare facilities subordinate to the Minister of Interior, the determination of spatial and equipment requirements for these pharmacies, the rules for dispensing medicines and medical supplies, and the retail trade of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies outside pharmacies.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 1 września 1993 r. w sprawie typu aptek w zakładach opieki zdrowotnej podległych Ministrowi Spraw Wewnętrznych, określenia wymogów lokalowych i wyposażenia tych aptek, zasad wydawania leków i materiałów medycznych oraz obrotu detalicznego środkami farmaceutycznymi i materiałami medycznymi poza aptekami.
