Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 28 września 1993 r. w sprawie szczegółowego zakresu działania Szefa Obrony Cywilnej Kraju, szefów obrony cywilnej województw i gmin oraz zasad i trybu kierowania, a także koordynowania przez nich przygotowań i realizacji przedsięwzięć obrony cywilnej.
