Government statement of December 17, 1992 on the entry into force of the Final Act of the Paris Conference on Cambodia, the Agreement on a Comprehensive Political Settlement of the Cambodian Conflict with Annexes (I, II, III, IV and V) and the Agreement concerning the Sovereignty, Independence, Territorial Integrity and Inviolability and National Unity of Cambodia, done at Paris on October 23 and 31, 1991.
