Rozporządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. w sprawie zasad i trybu przyznawania świadczeń odszkodowawczych przysługujących w razie utraty życia lub poniesienia uszczerbku na zdrowiu albo szkody w mieniu podczas udzielania lub w związku z udzielaniem pomocy Wojskowym Służbom Informacyjnym.
