Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 30 marca 1995 r. w sprawie wysokości funduszu socjalnego oraz zakresu i zasad korzystania ze świadczeń socjalnych przez osoby uprawnione do policyjnego zaopatrzenia emerytalnego i członków ich rodzin w resorcie spraw wewnętrznych.
