Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 17 października 1995 r. w sprawie określenia wielokrotności prognozowanego przeciętnego wynagrodzenia w państwowej sferze budżetowej, stanowiącej przeciętne uposażenia funkcjonariuszy Policji, Urzędu Ochrony Państwa, Straży Granicznej i Państwowej Straży Pożarnej.
