Resolution of the Supreme Court of 15 April 1996 on the validity of the referendum on universal enfranchisement of citizens, held on 18 February 1996 on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Poland of 29 November 1995, and the referendum on certain directions of utilization of state property, held on 18 February 1996 on the basis of the Resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of 21 December 1995.
