Rozporządzenie Ministra Współpracy Gospodarczej z Zagranicą z dnia 4 listopada 1996 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie sposobu rozdysponowania kontyngentów na przywóz alkoholi skażonych, niektórych napojów alkoholowych, wyrobów tytoniowych, benzyn oraz olejów napędowych i opałowych.
