Announcement of the President of the Constitutional Tribunal of June 23, 1997, on the loss of validity of the Law on Renting Residential Premises and Housing Allowances in the scope in which Article 47(3) and Article 67(2) repeal Article 691 of the Civil Code and Article 9(2) and (3) of the Housing Law.
Obwieszczenie Prezesa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z dnia 23 czerwca 1997 r. o utracie mocy obowiązującej ustawy o najmie lokali mieszkalnych i dodatkach mieszkaniowych w zakresie, w jakim w art. 47 pkt 3 i art. 67 pkt 2 uchyla się art. 691 Kodeksu cywilnego oraz art. 9 ust. 2 i 3 Prawa lokalowego.
