Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 29, 1997 on the determination of the form of a universal share certificate, the method of preparing lists of persons entitled to receive universal share certificates, the procedure and deadlines for the commencement and completion of their issuance, and the method of submitting and considering complaints.
