Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 26 sierpnia 1997 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu nieruchomości byłego Zrzeszenia Związków Zawodowych, które stanowią własność Niezależnego Samorządnego Związku Zawodowego "Solidarność" lub Ogólnopolskiego Porozumienia Związków Zawodowych, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przeniesienia praw do tych nieruchomości i rozliczeń związanych z podziałem.
