Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 19 lutego 1997 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu składania wykazów i wniosków o wypłatę świadczeń z Funduszu Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych, przekazywania środków z tego Funduszu oraz dokonywania wypłat świadczeń.
