Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 17 lutego 1998 r. w sprawie określenia warunków i sposobu użycia środków przymusu bezpośredniego i użycia broni palnej przez funkcjonariuszy Straży Granicznej oraz warunków i sposobu użycia środków przymusu bezpośredniego, a także zasad użycia broni palnej przez pododdziały odwodowe Straży Granicznej.
