Regulation of the Minister of Justice of April 29, 1998 on the detailed principles and procedure for making entries into the register of final judgments imposing an additional penalty of prohibition of entry into mass events and final judgments obliging to refrain from staying in places where mass events are held, kept by the Commander-in-Chief of the Police, and the method of keeping the register.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 29 kwietnia 1998 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad i trybu dokonywania wpisów do prowadzonego przez Komendanta Głównego Policji rejestru prawomocnych orzeczeń o ukaraniu karą dodatkową zakazu wstępu na imprezę masową i prawomocnych orzeczeń zobowiązujących do powstrzymania się od przebywania w miejscach przeprowadzania imprez masowych oraz sposobu prowadzenia rejestru.
