Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 May 1998 on the detailed procedure for the liquidation of employee pension funds whose management has not been taken over by other employee pension companies, and in particular on the method and deadline for members of the funds to submit instructions regarding the use of funds accumulated in their accounts.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1998 r. w sprawie szczegółowego trybu likwidacji pracowniczych funduszy emerytalnych, którymi zarządzanie nie zostało przejęte przez inne pracownicze towarzystwa emerytalne, a w szczególności sposobu i terminu składania przez członków funduszy dyspozycji dotyczących sposobu wykorzystania środków zgromadzonych na ich rachunkach.
