Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 12, 1998 on the detailed principles for determining the rate of return and the weighted average rate of return of all open pension funds, the method and deadline for notifying the Pension Funds Supervisory Authority by an open pension fund about the rate of return of the open pension fund, the value of net assets and the value of the settlement unit of the open pension fund, and the method of publishing by the President of the Pension Funds Supervisory Authority the weighted average rate of return of all open pension funds, as well as the method and deadline for transmitting by the open pension fund information about the fund's rate of return to an information agency.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1998 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad ustalania stopy zwrotu i średniej ważonej stopy zwrotu wszystkich otwartych funduszy emerytalnych, sposobu i terminu zawiadamiania Urzędu Nadzoru nad Funduszami Emerytalnymi przez otwarty fundusz emerytalny o wysokości stopy zwrotu otwartego funduszu emerytalnego, wartości aktywów netto i wartości jednostki rozrachunkowej otwartego funduszu emerytalnego oraz sposobu podawania przez Prezesa Urzędu Nadzoru nad Funduszami Emerytalnymi do publicznej wiadomości wysokości średniej ważonej stopy zwrotu wszystkich otwartych funduszy emerytalnych, a także sposobu i terminu przekazywania przez otwarty fundusz emerytalny informacji o wysokości stopy zwrotu funduszu do agencji informacyjnej.
