Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of June 17, 1998, on documents and the procedure and detailed rules for granting visas to heads and staff members of diplomatic missions, heads of consular offices and consular staff members of foreign states in the Republic of Poland, and other persons equated to them on the basis of laws, agreements, or generally accepted international customs, and on the authorities competent to grant them.
