Rozporządzenie Ministra Łączności z dnia 3 lipca 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu i warunków przeprowadzenia przetargów w celu wyboru podmiotów, którym będą wydane koncesje na świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych łącznie z zezwoleniem na zakładanie i używanie urządzeń i sieci telekomunikacyjnych.
