Rozporządzenie Ministra Ochrony Środowiska, Zasobów Naturalnych i Leśnictwa z dnia 14 lipca 1998 r. w sprawie wymagań, jakim powinny odpowiadać oceny oddziaływania na środowisko inwestycji nie zaliczonych do inwestycji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska i zdrowia ludzi albo mogących pogorszyć stan środowiska, obiektów oraz robót zmieniających stosunki wodne.
