Rozporządzenie Ministra Łączności z dnia 20 sierpnia 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu i warunków przeprowadzenia przetargów w celu wyboru podmiotów, którym będą wydane koncesje na świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych łącznie z zezwoleniem na zakładanie i używanie urządzeń i sieci telekomunikacyjnych.
