Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 31 August 1998 on the determination of bodies authorized, alongside the Police, to conduct investigations, and bodies authorized to file and support indictments before the court of first instance in cases subject to simplified proceedings, as well as the scope of matters entrusted to these bodies.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 31 sierpnia 1998 r. w sprawie określenia organów uprawnionych obok Policji do prowadzenia dochodzeń oraz organów uprawnionych do wnoszenia i popierania oskarżenia przed sądem pierwszej instancji w sprawach podlegających rozpoznaniu w postępowaniu uproszczonym, jak również zakresu spraw zleconych tym organom.
