Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 12 stycznia 1998 r. w sprawie określenia wzorów wniosków o wydanie pozwolenia na dokonanie obrotu specjalnego z zagranicą, określenia niezbędnych dokumentów i informacji, które należy dołączyć do tych wniosków, oraz trybu postępowania z pozwoleniami.
