Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 września 1998 r. w sprawie wzoru sprawozdania finansowego o źródłach pozyskanych funduszy oraz poniesionych wydatkach na cele wyborcze, sporządzanego przez pełnomocników komitetów wyborczych w wyborach do rad gmin, rad powiatów i sejmików województw.
