Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 1 grudnia 1998 r. w sprawie sposobu przechowywania protokołów zeznań obejmujących okoliczności, na które rozciąga się obowiązek zachowania tajemnicy państwowej, służbowej albo związanej z wykonywaniem zawodu lub funkcji.
