Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu Państwa z dnia 14 października 1999 r. w sprawie określenia szczegółowego trybu sprzedaży nieruchomości i ich części składowych, warunków rozkładania ceny sprzedaży na raty, stawek szacunkowych gruntów oraz trybu przeprowadzania przetargów na dzierżawę.
