Rozporządzenie Ministra Ochrony Środowiska, Zasobów Naturalnych i Leśnictwa z dnia 27 kwietnia 1999 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie sposobu rozdysponowania środków finansowych przeznaczonych na usprawnienie funkcjonowania Państwowej Inspekcji Ochrony Środowiska i na premie dla jej pracowników oraz zasad przyznawania tej premii.
