Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 22 czerwca 1999 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wysokości opłaty ryczałtowej za leki podstawowe i recepturowe, ilości leku recepturowego, którego dotyczy opłata ryczałtowa, oraz sposobu obliczania kosztu sporządzania leku recepturowego.
